You may have noticed that our stock is pretty low. We had so many events last year that we just could not keep up with demand--which is a good problem to have! We've been getting a lot of questions about re-stocking and when styles will be made etc. We're slowly working on adding stock, and we're growing our team so we can get ahead of demand. However, it's going to be a few months before we have even one of every size and style in stock.
However, that doesn't mean you need to wait months! We have our "backorder" option to allow you to let us know what you need and get your corset faster. Backorders are always completed in under 6 weeks (and usually more like 1-2 weeks). Because we make everything in small batches, we can quickly switch gears to get a backorder out.
So let's go over some ordering FAQ's!
Is my size in stock?
The inventory on our website is not a myth--it's accurate. If you can add it to your cart, it's in stock and ready to ship.
In this example, the Add to Cart button is active, which means size XS is in stock
However, if you cannot add the size to your cart, it is not in stock.
How do I place a backorder if my size is out of stock?
Scroll down in the size drop-down, select your size from the backorder section, add to cart, and purchase. Your corset will be finished in 6 weeks or less (usually much less).
Do I need to email you before I place a backorder, or to check if something is in stock?
Nope! That's why we offer the backorder options right in the listing, and keep website inventory numbers accurate. It's simpler for you and for us!
Can I purchase a backorder with a payment plan?
Yes, you can use our payment plan system to purchase backorders. In that case, your backorder will ship once the payment plan is paid in full.
What if I absolutely need my backorder in less than 6 weeks?
Leave a note in the message to seller about your deadline. We'll contact you if it's a problem, otherwise, we'll make sure to finish your order in time.
Will you email me when my size is back in stock?
No, we do not have a system in place to allow stock notifications via our website. This is why we recommend simply placing a backorder if you need a certain out of stock size.
