Purchase of a $150 deposit listing reserves your place in our Spring/Summer 2023 custom corset production schedule (approx. July-September).

We have updated some pricing and policies for 2024. Please Read:

1. Purchase $150 up front deposit listing.

2. We contact you via email to talk details and finalize your custom order. Customers will be contacted within 1-6 weeks, based on order of purchase.

3. We invoice you for the balance and make your order once paid in full.

If for some reason we cannot honor your request or you change your mind, all deposits are refundable before work begins. Coupon codes and other discounts are not valid for deposit purchases.

By purchasing a deposit listing, you agree to the following:

1. That you have some idea of what you want, or are ready to hear options and make decisions to move forward with your order promptly once we contact you (i.e. no "holding" a deposit for some unknown future project/time).

2. Redthreaded reserves the right to cancel and refund your deposit if we receive no response from you within a reasonable time (i.e. two weeks) once we reach out to begin your order, or if you fail to provide measurements, payment, style choice, or other necessary information needed to complete your order along the way. We will give final warnings via email if this action becomes necessary. If a mockup has been made, we will refund you less the $150 deposit fee. If work on the final corset has begun, you will be refunded 50%.

3. Redthreaded reserves the right to cancel and refund your deposit before work begins should we determine that we cannot meet your order request for any reason (outside our scope of work, timeline, personal/emergency, etc.).

4. Pricing is valid for 3 months after quote is provided via email. Redthreaded reserves the right to add additional fees should a project be significantly delayed by the customer, to keep up with the real-time rising costs of labor and materials.
